Einen Tag vor der «ots.newsaktuell.ch»-Mitteilung der Regierung am 31. August 2026 richtete der Physiotherapeuten-Verband Fürstentum Liechtenstein (PVFL) einen offenen Brief an die Landtagsabgeordneten, an die Fürstliche Regierung und an die politischen Parteien.

\r\n

Der Physiotherapeuten-Verband Fürstentum Liechtenstein legte in diesem offenen Schreiben die aktuelle Situation der ambulanten Physiotherapie im Land dar. Als Leistungserbringer der Grundversorgung im Gesundheitswesen informierte der PVFL über die wirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen ihrer Praxen, die gescheiterten Tarifverhandlungen sowie die Auswirkungen auf die Versorgungssicherheit.

\r\n

Der PVFL ersuchte die politischen Protagonisten der Regierung und des Landtags wie auch der Parteien, die Kostenrechnung darzulegen und die Forderung nach einer signifikanten Erhöhung des Taxpunktwertes zu begründen. Der Physiotherapeuten-Verband hat dem Gesundheitsminister Emanuel Schädler im 2025 die Kostenrechnung ausführlich vorgestellt, wobei der Gesundheitsminister diese damals sehr wohlwollend begutachtet habe.

Die Regierung informiert in der Pressemitteilung, dass sie selbst eine betriebswirtschaftliche Berechnung zu physiotherapeutischen Leistungserbringung erstellt habe. Mit dem Physiotherapeuten-Verband gab es anscheinend nie einen persönlichen Kontakt am runden Tisch oder ein Gespräch.

Meine Fragen dazu an die Regierung sind:

Hat der Gesundheitsminister tatsächlich keinerlei Kontakt zum Physiotherapeuten-Verband Fürstentum Liechtenstein aufgenommen, obwohl dies vonseiten des PVFL dezidiert angeboten wurde und gewünscht gewesen ist beziehungsweise wäre?

Was sind die Gründe der Nicht-Kontaktaufnahme mit den Betroffenen, mit der Vertretung der Berufsbranche des Physiotherapeuten-Verbandes, beziehungsweise welches sind die Gründe dieser Nichtgesprächsbereitschaft?

Wie begründet die Regierung diese Vorgehensweise, über eine so einschneidende Entscheidung des Taxpunktwertes mit den Betroffenen, immerhin die zweitgrösste Berufsgruppe im Gesundheitswesen, keinen Kontakt, keine Möglichkeit des Diskussions- und Begründungsaustauschs sowie kein Gehör zu geben?

Entgegen dem wiederholt geäusserten Vorwurf, das Ministerium für Gesellschaft und Justiz habe sich seit Amtsantritt im Jahr 2025 nicht mit den Vertreterinnen und Vertretern des PVFL getroffen, ist festzuhalten, dass seit dem Legislaturwechsel drei Treffen mit dem PVFL in meiner persönlichen Anwesenheit stattgefunden haben. Ein erstes Treffen erfolgte bereits kurz nach dem Legislaturwechsel und noch vor der Sommerpause 2025, ein weiteres im November 2025 im Rahmen eines runden Tisches gemeinsam mit dem LKV und ein drittes im Januar 2026.

\r\n

Darüber hinaus habe ich mich auf Ersuchen des PVFL persönlich für eine Lösung zwischen den Tarifpartnern eingesetzt. In diesem Zusammenhang habe ich mich auch schriftlich an den Vorstand des LKV gewandt und diesen um die Unterbreitung eines Tarifangebots gebeten.

In der Folge konnten sich die Tarifpartner dennoch nicht auf eine gemeinsame Lösung einigen, weshalb die Regierung nunmehr einen Taxpunktwert festlegen musste.

Die wiederholt geäusserte Behauptung, das Ministerium oder ich persönlich hätten dem PVFL ein Treffen verweigert, ist schlichtweg unwahr.
