Das Mobilitätskonzept 2030 enthält zahlreiche für die Bevölkerung relevante Infrastrukturprojekte. Insbesondere die Entwicklung bei den Umfahrungsprojekten, die Optimierung der Verkehrsinfrastruktur, der Ausbau des öffentlichen Verkehrs sowie Fragen des Landerwerbs stehen im öffentlichen Interesse.

\r\n

Im letzten Monitoringbericht 2023 zum Mobilitätskonzept 2030 (Bericht und Antrag Nr. 60/2024 vom 14. Mai 2024) führte die Regierung aus, dass das Umsetzungsmonitoring künftig in einem Zweijahresrhythmus erfolgen soll. Der Monitoringbericht wird dem Landtag jeweils im Juni gemeinsam mit dem Rechenschaftsbericht zur Behandlung unterbreitet.

Dies ist nicht erfolgt und führt mich zu folgenden Fragen:

Weshalb wurde dem Landtag bislang kein Monitoringbericht zum Mobilitätskonzept 2030 für das Berichtsjahr 2024/2025 wie angekündigt vorgelegt?

Ist die Regierung weiterhin der Auffassung, dass das Monitoring des Mobilitätskonzepts 2030 künftig im Zweijahresrhythmus erfolgen soll? Falls ja, wann ist die Vorlage des nächsten Monitoringberichts vorgesehen?

Welche konkreten Teile des Radroutenkonzepts konnten aufgrund der eingegangenen Stellungnahmen bei der Vernehmlassung bislang nicht bereinigt werden und bis wann rechnet die Regierung mit einer abschliessenden Beschlussfassung über das Konzept?

Im Rahmen der Vernehmlassung sind Rückmeldungen zu zahlreichen Netzabschnitten eingegangen. Diese Inputs und allfällige Lösungsvarianten werden mit den Standortgemeinden abgestimmt, hierzu werden entsprechende Gespräche stattfinden. Es ist derzeit geplant, die konzeptionellen Arbeiten noch im 2026 abzuschliessen.

Das Vorprojekt der Radverkehrsbrücke Ruggell befindet sich derzeit in der Vorprüfung.

Ein Projektwettbewerb wurde im Dezember 2024 öffentlich ausgeschrieben. Die Einreichung der Arbeiten erfolgte im Sommer 2025. Anschliessend erfolgte die Auswahl des Siegerprojektes durch die Fachjury.

\r\n

Bezüglich der Radbrücke Bendern-Haag wurde für die Liechtensteiner Rheinseite eine Standortevaluation durchgeführt. Neben den detaillierten Untersuchungen aus Sicht von Liechtenstein sind auch auf Schweizer Seite mögliche Weiterführungen auf ihre grobe Machbarkeit im Gesamtsystem untersucht worden. Die Standortfrage auf der Schweizer Rheinseite ist aktuell noch nicht geklärt. Dazu sind unter anderem weitere Abklärungen durch die rheinanstossende Gemeinde Sennwald notwendig.
